How it works.

Follow the simple steps below and we'll find the perfect fit quicker than you can say 'I do'.

Request a size exchange.

To arrange a size exchange, simply visit our online portal or scan the QR code provided on the card that came with your ring.

Post your ring back.

Follow the easy steps to request your size exchange and generate a free returns label. Package your ring securely and use the label to send it back to us in it's original box.

We'll send out the new size.

Once we receive your ring, we'll promptly arrange the delivery of your new ring, ensuring it fits perfectly, all free of charge!

Exchange policy.

30-Day Window: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the ring.

Free Size Exchange: Orders for non-personalized rings qualify for one free size exchange. Subsequent exchanges are charged a handling fee of £5.

Convenient Returns: A free size exchange can be arranged through our online portal. We’ll also send you a free return postage label.

Engraved Rings: Engraved rings are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

How much does ring resizing cost?

We know ordering rings online is difficult, that's why every new order comes with 1 free size exchange. Subsequent exchanges come with a handling fee of £5.

How long does resizing take?

Most rings are resized within 3-5 business days. Postage delays can sometimes extend this however.

Can all rings be resized?

Tungsten and Titanium rings cannot be resized due to the hard nature of the metals. We send out a completely new ring in the requested size free of charge.
